Healthier Distractions When Life Seems Upside Down

There is so much to fill in. The thoughts that we left unprocessed, the plans that we dropped unexplored, crazy ideas that we didn’t share for long with our crazy friends, and blah blah blah.. The title seems to be quite dull, sad and lifeless but it’s definitely inviting everything that we often miss; that we often lose.


When life seems blank and boring, I do these (and have suggested to some friends who equally enjoyed);

1. Do something that you never thought of doing. Yes… Go weird.
2. Be a kid. Adventure with life. Play with it.
3. Go nuts. And fill in this life with sweet nasty things. Ahh. Those are better than the worries and tensions making the life a disaster.
4. If you’ve a camera, shoot crazy pics. Challenge the world-class photographer in you.
5. Be a supermodel for a day and try every fit, non-fit, un-fit outfit.
6. Annoy people around you. Dare you do that. Can you?
7. Pamper yourself. Go alone, shop alone, see the world around you. High time to observe people and wonder what the hell they’re.

Okay, I’m short of ideas now. Why do I need to tell all the things? Why don’t you share yours and make this list bigger? Join in!
